Our slow-moving low pressure trough creeps through and keeps the rain in play through midday before pushing east of the Cape and Islands, partial clearing during the afternoon expected. Highs in the low 80’s, lows around 70 with a light southerly breeze.

Jack Donnelly was born in Hialeah, Florida and moved back to Rhode Island and settled in Johnston, where he grew up until graduating from Lyndon State.
