Rhode Island Weather for May 22, 2025 – Jack Donnelly

by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist

A nice day for a Nor’Easter…..in May!? It happens…..

A tight low pressure area rolling up from the mid-Atlantic will bring rain, heavy at times with howling winds gusting to 40 mph, possibly higher along the coasts. Up to 2” of rain when all is said and done. Tight temperature range, highs in the upper 40’s, lows in the mid 40’s.

It’s a “D” day!
