Your RI Weather Today, May 24, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Low pressure slides east and stalls offshore at first giving us a fair bulk of Sunday weather, partly cloudy skies and the same cool highs in the low 60’s up from a morning low in the upper 40’s. The combination of lighter breezes and sunshine will take some of the edge off of the cooler temps. The low backs up a bit later in the day with the chance for light rain by evening. The low will then unravel and weaken so the rain should not be strong or long lived.
