Rhode Island Weather for December 21, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
First Day of Winter! But no snow in sight.
High pressure still in control giving us clear skies but cool temperatures, Chilly lows in the upper 20’s followed by cooler than normal highs in the upper 30’s with a light northerly breeze.
Shortest day of the year, with the Solstice occurring at 10:27 pm, so it’s all uphill from here until June!
It’s a “B+” day!
