Rhode Island Weekend Weather for Nov. 18/19, 2023 – John Donnelly
by John Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday 11/18/23:
Some morning mist possible, but not the dense fog of yesterday, thanks to cloud cover halting the radiational cooling. A cold front then slips by and triggers some late morning rain showers that should end in the early afternoon with cloud cover breaking up as the day progresses. Light southwesterly winds shift to northwesterly once the cold front passes. Morning highs in the mid 50’s cool to evening lows in the mid 30’s.
It’s a “C-” day!

Sunday 11/19/23:
High pressure builds in from the west and keeps us mainly in the clear, the exception being some midday fair weather cloud cover. Morning lows in the mid 30’s rise to afternoon highs around 50 with a northwesterly breeze.
It’s an “A” day!
