Rhode Island Weekend Weather, Sept. 23/24, 2023 – John Donnelly

Saturday 9/23/23:

The outer band of Tropical Storm Ophelia rolls through and deposits rain, heavy at times from the early afternoon onward into the evening. Tight temperature range also, given the rain, morning lows in the low 50’s and afternoon highs around 60 with a northeasterly breeze gusting to 25 mph.

It’s a “C” day!

Sunday 9/24/23:

What’s left of Tropical Storm Ophelia will be over the northeastern US and we can expect some off and on rain during the afternoon with some steadier rain likely by the evening. Lows in the upper 50’s and highs in the upper 60’s with a light northeasterly breeze.
