ART! The Living Gallery – one night only
TEN31 Productions returns to present a free public performance installation called The Living Gallery on Gallery Night September 21, 2023
The project aims to highlight Rhode Island’s creative capital partnering with the Providence Tourism Council, Gallery Night Providence and the Graduate Providence Hotel.
For the second year in a row, Rhode Island-based TEN31 Productions, Inc. a premier provider for living art experiences for events, celebrations, and marketing campaigns worldwide will be installing a durational performance art piece called The Living Gallery.
The performance piece will be installed in Providence, RI at the Graduate Hotel on Thursday September 21, 2023 from 4:30pm-6:30pm and is free and open to the public.
This performance is made possible by funding from the Providence Tourism Council.
The installation will consist of pop-up dance performances and living art pieces inspired by the works of Picasso, Munch, Magritte, Ruben, the Bauhaus Movement as well as works from ancient Greece and Byzantine Empires.
The performances are a mix of dance, durational and pop-up performances rotating over a two-hours in the magnificently refurbished lobby of the Graduate Providence. Visitors are welcome to visit The Living Gallery at the Graduate Providence as a free-standing event, or combine it with one of several free Gallery Night tours of Providence art spots originating from the Graduate that evening.

For more information about the installation contact Joe Pari at joe@wemakepretend.com or by visiting TEN31Productions.com. To learn more about Gallery Night Providence and learn how to participate in one of the Gallery Night tours that evening, visit: gallerynight.org.
This is the second free public performance by TEN31 in partnership with The Providence Tourism Council. Last year the performance company installed a work called Rhode Island – A Salute to the Spirit of Sports.
