RI Weather Today, Monday 1/27/20:

Our oddly fair weather pattern continues, another decent day on tap.
An upper level disturbance will swing through during the day, stirring up some mid-level stratocumulus clouds over a decent westerly breeze. Still warmer than normal, as afternoon highs collect around the mid 40’s from an early low in the mid 30’s. Despite the cool morning temps, dewpoints will be relatively low, so we’re not expecting a great deal of windshield frost at the days’ beginning. Not a bad start to the week!
