High pressure to the west pushing into southern New England will keep the northwesterly winds up and gusting into the high 20’s through morning, before the high center settles in and the winds subside. Plenty of sunshine through some higher thin clouds won’t help warm things up much given all of the cool northwesterly air being dragged in.
Expect a very chilly morning low in the upper teens warming only to an afternoon high in the mid 30’s. A short-lived cold snap with another warm rebound headed in for the weekend. Stay tuned!
