Your Weekend Weather Wrap – Sat/Sun, Feb. 27/28, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
A mid-western low pressure system moves through and produces a decent amount all-day rain. Temps will be rising into the mid to upper 40’s during the afternoon from mid 30’s in the morning, so threat of snow is minimal, maybe outside the I-295 belt we’ll see a few flakes mixed in early, but they’ll be short-lived. Winds will be up as we move through the day, some gusts headed towards 30 mph.
Sunday 2/28/21:

Any filtered sunshine we see in the morning will be fading as another quick-hitter low pressure system approaches from the southwest, with light rain beginning most likely during mid-afternoon and lingering late into the evening. All rain with this one, temps locked up from the upper 30’s in the morning to the mid 40’s in the afternoon with a light southerly breeze.
