RI Weather Today, Thursday, Nov. 14, 2019
By Jack Donnelly
Still cold for another day, near record low temps expected for early morning under clear skies and light winds, perfect recipe for radiational cooling. Lows bottom out in the upper teens and only warm to the upper 30’s to near 40 under partly cloudy skies, some alto stratus working into the area from a front developing well to our west. High pressure settles over southern New England, so we should be spared the bone jarring wind chills that ruined yesterday.
