RI Weather Today – Thurs, Jan. 28, 2021
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Low pressure sits offshore and keeps wrapping northerly winds around southern New England, and with the cold air aloft, we’ll stay under the clouds through the day. We’ll climb to afternoon highs in the mid 30’s from morning lows in the upper 20’s, winds gusting into the 20-25 mph range.
