RI Weather Today – Mon, Dec. 21, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Lingering light mist and snowmelt will make for wet roadways, and the cooling temps will make those roadways unpleasant for travel, with high potential for slip-sliding away into guardrails, so be mindful of that before about 9am. Morning lows will be in the upper 20’s to around 30 as a cold fog blankets the area until after sunrise, and temps will climb to the upper 30’s by afternoon under generally cloudy conditions and a light northerly breeze.
