RI Weather Today – Wed, Dec. 9, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Another chilly one, but it is December. We’ll have lots of mid level cloud cover through the day with the chance for some lake effect snow showers making it all the way from the Great Lakes on strong west-northwesterly winds aloft. Just some skyborn winter decoration, no accumulation expected. Morning lows will fall to the mid 20’s and rise to the upper 30’s with a light west-southwesterly breeze at the surface.
