RI Weekend Weather Wrap – Sept 26/27, 2020
by Jack Donnelly, meteorologist
Saturday 9/26/20:
Some morning mist will greet early risers before clearing out. Dew points will begin rising on southerly breezes, giving us a more humid feel for the weekend. Morning lows will be around 60, rising to afternoon highs in the low 70’s under partly cloudy skies.
Sunday 9/27/20:
A cold front well to our northwest helps funnel more humidity into the area through the day, with a hopeful chance for some overnight showers into early Monday morning. Another misty morning and lows in the mid 60’s rising to the mid 70’s under a lower cloud level given the higher humidity, and continued light southerly breezes.
